ShowwUp isn’t here to dunk on AI. We’re here to nudge you back into actual bodies in actual places: cricket, football, chess, swims, pickup games, study circles, or just hanging out without a screen between you.
Every meetup here is posted by real people. Spots and places are public; WhatsApp and numbers only open up for hosts and people who grabbed a roster slot — so you’re not shouting your life into the void.
Stay safe out there
Meet in public first. Tell someone where you’re going. Don’t send random UPI or “booking fees” to strangers. Contact details stay gated on purpose so drive-by spam has less to scrape. Email is verified before you host; phones are still self-reported — keep your guard up.
“Verified host” is a human review for now. Build trust the old-fashioned way — mutuals, reputation, gut checks — before you go full send with people you’ve never met.
